We are near the west (Strood) end of the Medway Tunnel. From the roundabout by McDonalds there's a brown tourist sign to Monkey Bizz. Head along Anthony's Way and after about 400m turn right into Chaucer Close.

If you are coming from Strood through the Medway City Estate, go to the end of Whitewall Road, turn first left at the Neptune Roundabout and then turn left into Chaucer Close.
